Contains samples of all University Press jobs, including book covers, brochures, catalogues, reports, signs, poster advertisements, maps, lists of Harvard war casualties (World War I and World War II). Items retained reflect the University administrative structure and changes, curricula, student life, faculty activities, special events, physical plant, and items that offer contextual evidence of University life in different historical periods. The arrangement is chronological. Early items are in scrapbook volumes; later items (post-1920) were removed from the volumes and selections only retained.
